Infrastructure capabilities at Machino Plastics Limited

At Machino Plastics Ltd, we believe that only state-of-the-art equipment can manufacture high quality products. Therefore we are constantly involved with the up-gradation of our facilities by investing in modern machinery for higher efficiency.

Our wide range of injection moulding machines range from a capacity of 275 tons to 3150 tons. These machines are purchased from well known companies like Ferromatic, Larsen & Toubro and JSW & UBE.

3150 Ton machine

This equipment is the latest addition in the league, which is from UBE, Japan.

2500 Ton machines (3 Nos)

This is one of the highlights of our manufacturing unit. Two of these machines is from UBE and the other from JSW.

These machines place us beyond the reach of our competitors, as we are able to manufacture large-sized products. Since both machines are completely robotic in nature, they have the ability to set effective cycle timings and manufacture products that match international standards.

2200 Ton machine

This machine has been supplied by JSW. It is mainly used for the production of automotive components that form the largest segment of our market demand. This machine is similar to the 2500-ton machines in that they are capable of handling production of relatively large instrument panels, bumpers and material handling (crates) products with a variety of designs for our clients.
The 2200-ton machine is also up to the task of manufacturing high-quality products for clients from the white-goods and furniture industry. This has been tested successfully for a number of other industries as well.

1600 Ton machines (3 Nos)

Machino has procured one of the 1600-ton machines from UBE and the other two from JSW. Excellent upkeep and constant maintenance activities have led these machines to deliver hundred percent production capacities.

These machines are capable of manufacturing products using thermo-plastic raw material for various industries.

1300 Ton machine

JSW had supplied this excellent piece of equipment that is committed to the manufacture of instrument panels and radiator grills for the Maruti 800cc and the Maruti Omni vehicles.

This machine is also especially proficient at the production of television front & rear cover, furniture, tabletops, washing tubs etc.

910 Ton machine

Machino Plastics obtained this unique addition from Ferromatic in 2002. Originally procured to cater to our clients’ increasing demands for white goods, television and auto components, this machine is now on its full capacity.

500 Ton machine & 275 Ton machine

Other latest 2002 acquisitions include the 500-ton and the 275-ton machines from Larsen & Toubro.

Both machines are positioned to manufacture small components for various industries using a wide range of raw materials.

Ultrasonic Welding Machine

This machine was acquired to capture the white goods market segment that Machino Plastics has recently ventured into.

Plastic welding machines are essentially required for expanding the existing customer base and gaining a stronger foothold in the white goods industry.

Pad Printing

In a bid to cater to non-automotive customers, Machino Plastics Ltd has also procured high quality printing machines. We are now venturing into the printing of plastic components to break new ground.

This venture is in tune with Machino’s tradition of exploring business possibilities both in the automotive and non-automotive industry. We are also looking to undertake the expansion of our injection moulding and post moulding businesses.

Tooling Facilities

We have setup a tooling centre to manufacture small and medium sized plastic moulds. This infrastructure is also catering to modifications and maintenance of the existing large sized moulds.
